Buying Pre-Loved is a great way to give Esembly diapers and accessories a second life and save some money! Esembly Pre-Loved is managed by Treet.co. Items purchased here are covered by Treet Protection, NOT the Esembly warranty.

After completing your order, an email is sent to the Seller with a prepaid shipping label and they’re encouraged to ship immediately. It usually takes around 3 days for Sellers to get items in the mail, but it can take up to 7 business days. Please note that shipping is paid for by the Buyer.

Shipments over $500.00 will require a signature confirmation upon delivery.

All orders made through Esembly Pre-loved are backed by Treet Protection: get the item that was promised in the condition it was promised in, or receive a full refund. Items purchased Pre-Loved are NOT covered by the Esembly warranty. In order to receive a refund for your order, you must file a Misrepresentation Claim within 72 hours of receiving your order. No returns/refunds will be processed after 72 hours. If you simply do not like the item you purchased or it does not fit, this is NOT covered by Treet Protection. In this case you can re-list the product within 72 hours of receipt and Treet will waive the Seller fees for your listing. Please email support@treet.co for assistance.
