11 Inners- Please note more relaxed elastics 4 outers- elastic is snug and in good shape on all 2 of the 11 inners have small wear holes and there is some mild staining on the inside of a few as expected on secondhand diapers- these are cosmetic issues only and don’t affect function 🙂. The fabric and snaps are all intact and function perfectly.
